The Master Degree Program in Food Engineering is accredited by the Ministry of Education, University and Scientific Research according to the Self-Assessment, Periodic Assessment and Accreditation (AVA) procedure.

This accreditation certifies that the contents of the program are adequately framed within the ministerial schemes corresponding to the institutional denomination and that the university ensures adequate capacity in terms of infrastructure and management.
